Excellent job by Tim for getting me a quote and getting me scheduled, by Carl for coordinating the installation and selling me the right products for my pickup, and by the techs who performed the installation. They all did a fabulous job and were very professional, courteous, and helpful.

I called Trucks Unique and spoke to Tim to see if I could have a hitch to my new truck because Quality Buick GMC (GBG) was now keeping their promise to install a new hitch, so I went a head and placed an order to ship a new hitch. In the meantime CBG called me to tell me they would install the hitch. I immediately called Tim back to see if I could cancel the order I placed, and Tim was very kind and refunded my money for the hitch excluding ship. He was totally understanding and was very nice about. I really appreciate and I will be back to to some window tint and maybe order a grill for my new truck. Thanks Tim for being very nice and professional about my issue.

Chris was patient, knowledgeable and allowed me to take my time deciding on products with his input of pros and cons.

Took a while for trucks unique to get parts but it wasn’t their fault. Company was taking their time to ship parts but overall very happy with my truck. Thank you 🙏
